About Dimitrios G. Angelakos
Dimitrios (“Dimitri”) Angelakos advises clients through every stage of the transaction lifecycle, from deal structuring and due diligence to closing, providing end-to-end representation to clients across a broad range of asset classes, including industrial, retail, office, multifamily, and life sciences projects. He represents institutional investors, private equity sponsors, developers, landlords, and tenants in sophisticated real estate matters in the following areas:
· Acquisitions, dispositions, and developments
· Financing transactions
· Commercial leases
· Renewable energy transactions
Prior to joining the firm, Dimitri practiced in the commercial real estate group of a national law firm in Philadelphia. Earlier in his career, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Charles P. Kocoras of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Prior to attending law school, Dimitri co-founded a private English-language educational institution in Athens, Greece.
Outside the Firm
Dimitrios enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, planning his next travel adventure with his three sons and his partner, Paige, and exploring Philadelphia’s concert, culinary, and comedy circuits. They share their home with two Australian Shepherds, Daisy the Cat, and a snake, and their free time resembles something you might read in a Sunday newspaper cartoon strip.
