Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Eli Krause has joined the firm’s New York office as an associate in the Real Estate group, which has added partner Clara Feldman, of counsel Clifton Beech, and associate Cory Bernard in 2025. Eli joins Blank Rome from Shapiro Law Group.
Eli represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage and mezzanine financing, preferred equity investments, and leasing. His experience spans a variety of real estate assets, including office, retail, industrial, vacant land, and multifamily apartment complexes located throughout the United States.
Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, Eli received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and his B.A. from Beth Medrash Govoha.
