Clifton Beech is an experienced commercial real estate attorney who advises clients on complex real estate transactions, with a particular focus on acquisitions, joint ventures, and preferred equity arrangements. He also represents investors and developers in a wide range of matters, including dispositions, financings, development deals, and mergers and acquisitions involving real estate assets and real estate-related businesses. Clifton structures private equity and joint venture deals to support acquisitions and investments.A significant portion of Clifton’s practice involves data center transactions. He has represented clients across the full asset life cycle, including site acquisition, permitting and power procurement, joint venture formation, financing, development and construction, commissioning, leasing, and disposition.Clifton’s experience also spans multifamily, commercial, and industrial assets throughout the United States.During law school, Clifton served as an editor and reporter for the International Law Review Association.
