Blank Rome partner Leslie Marlow will serve as a speaker at the National Investment Banking Association’s (“NIBA”) 152nd Investment Conference, being held March 11 through 12, 2026, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
This event provides private and public issuers, regardless of size or industry, a unique platform to present their individual stories to prospective investors, financing partners, market makers, and market professionals, all experienced within the capital markets. Issuers are provided the opportunity to share their stories and capital needs, via a formal 10-minute presentation, to an audience of over 300 interested investment professionals. Following morning presentations, attendees meet one-on-one with issuers for more in-depth one-on-one discussions.
Leslie’s session, “The New Capital Formation Playbook: Navigating Listing Changes and Unlocking Alternative Paths to Market,” will take place Wednesday, March 11, from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m.
