Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that partner Peter F. Kelsen has been recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal (“PBJ”) as part of its Best Real Estate Deals of 2025 awards.
Peter earned first-place recognition in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) category for his work on Tower at Henry, located at 3232 Henry Avenue in Philadelphia. Developed by NewCourtland, Tower at Henry is the only building in the city intentionally designed and marketed to serve a diverse range of incomes, ages, and physical abilities. Peter represented NewCourtland on zoning matters related to the project.
The annual Best Real Estate Deals awards honor the most impactful commercial real estate projects, transactions, and dealmakers in the Greater Philadelphia region. This year’s honorees were celebrated at an awards ceremony on March 27, 2026, and profiled in a special print edition of PBJ. Blank Rome partner Adam E. Laver was also recognized as part of PBJ’s Best Real Estate Deals of 2025.
