Massimo F. D’Angelo
Partner in the Business Litigation Group and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Industry Team
Current scope of work: At the law firm Blank Rome, Massimo D’Angelo leads high-stakes, precedent-setting disputes for multinational corporations, developers, major brands, and public figures, while maintaining an active trial and appellate practice nationwide. He is co-chair of the real estate industry team, and advises on corporate governance, employment, and transactional matters.
Big win: As lead counsel, D’Angelo guided TBD Five Management to a complete victory in a high-stakes dispute over a $14.5 million Brooklyn development sale.
Other contributions: D’Angelo serves as chairman of La Scuola d’Italia’s board of trustees and legal counsel to the Association of Italian American Educators.

Leslie Marlow
Partner in the Corporate, M&A, and Securities Group
Current scope of work: At the law firm Blank Rome, Leslie Marlow brings more than 35 years of experience advising public and private companies on complex securities transactions, financing and mergers and acquisitions.
Big win: Marlow led Blank Rome’s representation of Data Storage Corporation in a $40 million divestiture of a business line, followed by a tender offer to repurchase up to 85 percent of its outstanding shares using 85 percent of available cash.
Other contributions: A recognized thought leader, Marlow spoke at the National Investment Banking Association’s 152nd Investment Conference in March 2026.

Jared Zola
Partner in the Insurance Recovery Group
Current scope of work: Jared Zola, a partner at the law firm Blank Rome, is an insurance recovery trial lawyer focused on representing policyholders against their insurance companies. Recently, he conducted a high-profile jury trial in New York federal court and a confidential arbitration before a retired federal judge.
Big win: Zola represents the Archdiocese of New York as insurance recovery counsel for liabilities arising from alleged historical sexual abuse, one of the largest coverage cases nationally.
Other contributions: Zola is a board member for Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, a national nonprofit that redistributes excess food to individuals experiencing food insecurity.
