Blank Rome is pleased to share that partner Lauren Medeiros Forster has been selected as a winner in the Massachusetts Rising Stars category of Connecticut Law Tribune’s 2026 New England Legal Awards. The Rising Stars honor recognizes lawyers age 40 or under who have excelled in the courtroom, in client service and cultivation, service to bar associations and/or pro bono work, or community service.
Lauren’s practice focuses on commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, finance, securities, lending, and private equity matters. Her clients range from early stage and family-owned businesses to well-established national and international operators from a wide range of industries including cannabis, banking, information technology, life sciences, biotech, plastics and recyclables, processing, and distribution. She serves as outside general counsel for for-profit and nonprofit clients on questions concerning board meetings and other corporate matters, and has co-hosted a women-run and targeted event for a nonprofit client focused on sharing newly released research on the positive effects of cannabis for menopausal women.
Honorees will be celebrated at an awards dinner on October 8, 2026, in Boston. This event serves as a testament to the outstanding contributions and achievements made by legal professionals within the region.
