John returns to Blank Rome after serving as counsel for McDermott, Will &amp; Schulte LLP.

John focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. He advises clients on the preparation of various estate-planning documents and about complex tax planning strategies. He also regularly counsels both fiduciaries and beneficiaries on their rights and obligations with respect to decedent’s estates and various types of trusts.

Admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, Florida, and New Jersey, John received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, his LL.M. from New York University School of Law, and his B.A. from Washington and Lee University. John has presented on numerous topics, including recent developments in both domestic and international estate planning, final Treasury Regulations on gifts and bequests from covered expatriates, estate planning for artists, planning with qualified small business stock, and about the elective share.&nbsp;
