Lash</a> has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the <a href="https://www.blankrome.com/services-and-industries/tax/">Tax, Benefits, and Private Client</a> group. Christopher joins Blank Rome after serving as a state and local tax (“SALT”) manager at a Big Four accounting firm.

Christopher focuses his practice on a wide range of SALT matters including tax planning, and litigation. He advises multinational corporations and high-net-worth individuals on SALT controversy, state tax audits, and tax planning strategies. His experience includes representing clients in state tax disputes, audits, and appeals, as well as conducting buy-side and sell-side SALT due diligence, involving state tax exposure, nexus implications, apportionment methodologies, and post-deal structuring.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Christopher received his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, and his B.S. from Seton Hall University. While in law school, he served as a certified legal intern at the Villanova Law Federal Tax Clinic and a member of the Tax Law Society, the Corporate Law Society, and the Real Estate Law Society.
