Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah M. Kirkpatrick has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the Labor & Employment practice group. Sarah joins Blank Rome from Cozen O’Connor.
Sarah focuses her practice on employment litigation, counseling, and investigations. She defends employers against discrimination, whistleblower, wage-and-hour, and business tort claims in federal and state courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration. Sarah also represents clients in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitrations.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Sarah received her J.D., summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the Villanova University School of Law, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Gettysburg College. While in law school, Sarah served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and was also an articles editor for the Villanova Law Review.
