A Blank Rome team represented Nth Degree, Inc., a global leader in trade show exhibit installation and dismantle, in its recent acquisition of all of the equity of Lancaster Management Services, Inc.&nbsp;(“Lancaster”), and Nth Degree, Inc.’s affiliate Fern Exposition Services LLC, a leading event and expo provider, in its related acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Quantum Events, Inc. (“Quantum”), an affiliate of Lancaster. The acquisitions closed effective July 31, 2025.
