On December 29, 2023, a Blank Rome team represented Janney Montgomery Scott, a full-service wealth management, capital markets, and asset management firm, in the closing of the acquisition of TM Capital, a middle-market investment bank specializing in M&amp;A advisory across the business services, industrials, healthcare, and consumer sectors. TM Capital has 17 managing directors and nearly 50 total employees with offices in Atlanta, Boston, and New York City.
