Pinchin is a premier North American environmental, engineering, building science, and health &amp; safety consulting firm. CodeGreen is an industry-leading advisory firm focused on protecting and increasing the value of high-performance buildings by making assets safe, healthy, resilient, and sustainable. In 2019, Blank Rome represented Victor Capital Partners in its investment in CodeGreen and has been providing multidisciplinary legal services to the platform since that acquisition.
