Blank Rome is pleased to announce that the firm has been recognized by The Real Deal as one of New York’s Top Real Estate Law Firms for 2025.
Blank Rome secured a position in the top half of the rankings, earning the 18th spot among 50 leading firms, successfully closing eight transactions with a combined volume of $399.4 million. Rankings were determined using ACRIS-recorded property sales and credited firms representing buyers (and sellers for co-op sales).
The annual ranking evaluates law firms based on the dollar volume of closed sales in Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn between August 1, 2024, and July 31, 2025. This year’s analysis covered nearly 41,000 commercial and residential transactions totaling more than $80.2 billion.
