About the Program

Blank Rome partner Robyn N. Burrows, in her capacity as a member of the District of Columbia Bar (“D.C. Bar”) Government Contracts Steering Committee, will serve as a panel moderator for D.C. Bar’s Bid Protest 101: A Practical, Participatory Primer for Those New to Government Contracts program, being sponsored by the D.C. Bar Government Contracts Community and hosted by Blank Rome LLP at our Washington, D.C., office on Monday, June 30, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m.

This hands-on program is intended for young government contracts attorneys and summer associates who are interested in bid protests but have little practical experience. The program will begin with a concise overview of the bid protest process, followed by a guided, role-based exercise led by seasoned practitioners. Participants will learn the mechanics of bid protests, explore common issues that arise, and build confidence through experiential learning.
