The Women of Influence Awards celebrate female commercial real estate (“CRE”) professionals for their remarkable achievements. According to GlobeSt., the honorees have significantly impacted the market and driven the industry to new heights through their outstanding successes.

Clara&nbsp;and Christy&nbsp;have been recognized in the&nbsp;CRE Legal Counsel&nbsp;category, which includes legal professionals skilled in various aspects of commercial real estate. These professionals negotiate leasing, sales, and financing transactions; handle major mergers and acquisitions; navigate zoning and entitlements processes; manage community relations; and advise on public-private partnerships.

Beth&nbsp;has been recognized as a&nbsp;Diversity Champion, individuals who advocate for the progress and advancement of all qualified women in the industry. Those included in this category champion female advancement in CRE by recognizing colleagues’ accomplishments and encouraging collaboration.

Samantha&nbsp;has been recognized in the&nbsp;Mentor&nbsp;category. Mentor honorees are known for their successful mentorship, offer sound advice and insightful guidance, and foster development among CRE professionals through consistent outreach and support.

GlobeSt. will honor the 2025 Women of Influence at an awards dinner in Colorado on July 22, 2025.
