ABOUT THE SESSION

This panel will discuss the impact of the change of leadership in the United States, Canada, and Mexico on the review of the North American’s free trade agreement (the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement, “USCMA”), scheduled in 2026. The previous revision introduced groundbreaking changes, including the thorough supervision of labor standards at a company level. What will the next revision bring?
