A Blank Rome team represented 8 AM Golf Holdings LLC in connection with its sale of GolfLogix, Inc. (“GolfLogix”) to an affiliate of Revelyst, Inc. (NYSE: GEAR). The transaction closed on July 9, 2025.
GolfLogix’s app is one of golf’s most downloaded apps for golf statistics and analytics, offering personalized data and course maps to assist golfers in playing the game of golf. The GolfLogix app is available on various devices including smartphones and wearable devices such as smartwatches.
