A Blank Rome team represented CivicPlus®, known for its public sector SaaS solutions, in its acquisition of Beehive Industries’ (“Beehive”) asset management and utility billing software. CivicPlus enhances its technology stack with Beehive’s modular solutions, providing communities with tools for better asset management and improved data-driven decision-making. The deal closed on December 9, 2024.
Beehive is a leader in public works software and its solutions are recognized for their simplicity, power, and flexibility. The asset management software offers more than 20 customizable modules for tasks such as maintenance scheduling and reporting, while the utility billing software streamlines billing processes and improves customer service with features like real-time account management and user-friendly payment options.
