Eda Stark concentrates her practice on representing innovator companies across a range of industries in high-stakes, high-risk disputes related to complex technologies. Eda has experience in a wide variety of forums, including before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the U.S. International Trade Commission (“ITC”), and district courts in many states.
Prior to joining the firm, Eda served as an associate at an international law firm and at a global intellectual property law firm. Eda has also worked as an in-house counsel in the aerospace industry focused on legal issues surrounding commercial human space travel.
During law school, Eda built the foundation of her patent practice doing patent prosecution and freedom to operate due diligence analysis as a technology specialist at a boutique intellectual property law firm.
Before beginning her legal career, Eda spent nearly a decade as a scientist in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, where she worked to develop treatments for neurological and ophthalmic diseases.
