Ashton Batchelor serves as Blank Rome’s Chief Innovation and Value Officer.

In this role, Ashton oversees the firm’s innovation, value, litigation practice solutions, practice analytics, and practice management functions. She focuses on the intersection of client and firm economics, collaborating closely with practice groups, firm leadership, and business professionals to create profitable, innovative solutions to deliver legal services.

Ashton has more than 15 years of experience working with law firms to launch and scale business services programs, providing strategic guidance on firm and client economics, profitability, legal market conditions, and the development of innovative client-facing solutions and services to maximize value in legal service delivery.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Ashton served as the Chief Value and Analytics Officer for a national law firm, where she launched the firm’s client value, practice management, and analytics programs. Ashton has previously held similar roles in legal project management and pricing.
