  • Led all workforce and transactional litigation and strategic matters for a private equity firm focused exclusively on the ADG sector and the majority of their portfolio companies.
  • Defended a large semiconductor manufacturer in multiple complex employment disputes, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
  • Handled employment contract claims and enforced employment agreements for a large engine and compressor part manufacturer, including non-compete and non-solicitation provisions, and defended against related claims for tortious interference.
  • Provided advice and counsel to a large government contractor on employee demand letter, including potential compliance issues.
  • Defended a cargo airline in a disability discrimination and wrongful termination matter.
  • Advised a leading aerospace and defense company on a wide variety of employment matters, including an Americans with Disabilities Act discrimination claim, an EEOC charge, and non-compete agreements.
  • Represented a semiconductor manufacturer in multiple wage and hour claims, EEOC charges, a Department of Labor audit, and various other employment matters.
  • Represented a renewable energy company in connection with a wrongful discharge suit.
