  • Bank group agent in conjunction with the $500 million debt restructuring of a multi-state agricultural cooperative, which was chosen as a "Mega Turnaround of the Year" by the Turnaround Management Association.
  • National healthcare finance company in conjunction with the financing of a number of financial and strategic acquisitions involving hospitals, nursing homes, hospice providers, and home care companies.
  • Leading regional lender in providing financing to a major gasoline retailer to enable 1031 tax-free exchanges.
  • Major auto manufacturer in conjunction with $300 million working capital facility and its finance subsidiary in conjunction with $50 million floor plan receivables securitization.
  • Restructure of $25 million term loan extended by leading global alternative asset manager to owners and operators of nursing and independent living homes.
  • National bank, as the administrative agent and lead lender, in connection with an asset-based syndicated credit facility to finance the acquisition by a private equity firm of one of the nation’s largest distributors of hard surface flooring.
