Edward Cahn, former chief U.S. district judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, concentrates his practice in complex litigation and dispute resolution. Since joining Blank Rome, Judge Cahn has mediated over 1000 separate controversies. He serves a wide range of clients in matters such as:

Mr. Cahn began his service as a judge in 1975, and was Chief Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 1993 to 1998. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Lehigh County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Previously, Judge Cahn was also a Tresolini Lecturer in law at Lehigh University, an Adjunct Professor of law at Rutgers-Camden Law School and received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Lehigh University in 2002.
