Spencer G. Emanuel

Spencer Emanuel is an associate in the Real Estate department. Spencer has experience representing developers, real estate investment trusts, private equity funds and financial institutions in a broad range of complex debt and equity transactions – including acquisitions and dispositions, loan originations, mezzanine financings, loan pledges, restructurings and deed-in-lieu transactions – involving hotel, office, industrial and retail properties and portfolios.

Spencer also has experience representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters.
