Biography

Nicole Islinger is a seasoned mergers and acquisitions attorney who advises clients on sophisticated commercial transactions at the intersection of government contracts, technology, and private equity.

With deep experience representing both buyers and sellers, Nicole brings a practical, business-forward approach to complex deals, particularly in the government contracting and technology sectors. She frequently serves as outside general counsel to companies with limited or no in-house legal teams, guiding them through every stage of the business lifecycle—from formation and growth to strategic transactions and exit. Her work spans corporate reorganizations, employment and equity compensation matters, and a wide range of commercial transactions.

Before joining Blank Rome, Nicole was a partner at a large global law firm. She also brings valuable in-house perspective from her prior roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and BASF Corporation, giving her a nuanced understanding of client priorities and operational realities.
