Michael S. Rubin concentrates his practice on a wide range of intellectual property litigation matters.	Michael has notable experience in all stages of litigation, including deposition preparation, discovery requests, and interviewing witnesses, as well as drafting motions throughout all stages of commercial and patent litigations and drafting memoranda regarding various matters in patent, trademark, and corporate law.	Michael previously served as a legal extern for an authors’ professional organization, where he focused on copyright law and as a summer associate at an intellectual property law firm. 	During law school, Michael served as an associate editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media, and Entertainment Law Journal.
