Lachanda R. Reid

Lachanda Reid represents clients in a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes. Her experience spans class actions, products liability, environmental matters, antitrust, breach-of-contract claims, healthcare litigation, cryptocurrency regulatory actions. She has worked on all phases of litigation, including early case assessment, discovery, depositions, and dispositive briefing.

Prior to joining the firm, Lachanda served as an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department at an international law firm and judicial law clerk to the Honorable Nelson S. Román of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

While in law school, Lachanda served as executive editor of the Supreme Court Bulletin and an online editor for the Cornell Law Review. She was also a student extern in the Domestic Violence Unit of the Shelby County District Attorney General’s Office.
