Kelly L. Henry

Biography

Kelly L. Henry focuses her practice on representing and advising corporate, institutional, and individual policyholders in high-stakes insurance recovery matters against global insurers.

She has represented policyholders across a broad range of industries—including, technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and entertainment—delivering strategic coverage analyses and recommendations, participating in pre-litigation claim advocacy and negotiation, and resolving disputes through litigation and arbitration. 

Kelly’s experience spans a wide array of complex insurance coverage disputes involving various types of insurance programs and towers, including:

  • Directors’ and Officers’ Liability (“D&O”) Insurance;
  • Professional Liability (“PLI”) and other types of Errors and Omissions (“E&O”) Insurance;
  • Employment Practices Liability (“EPL”) Insurance;
  • Fiduciary Liability Insurance;
  • Commercial General Liability (“CGL”) Insurance;
  • Commercial Property and Business Interruption Insurance;
  • Representations and Warranties (“R&W”) Insurance;
  • Product Recall and Product Liability Insurance;
  • First- and Third-Party Cyber Insurance; and
  • Crime and Fidelity Insurance.

During law school, Kelly was a member of the Penn State Law Review and served as a clinic intern with the Intellectual Property Clinic, where she gained hands-on experience in distilling complex legal concepts into clear actionable guidance.

Outside the Firm

In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her nieces, walking her dogs through the park, and catching as many baseball games as possible.
