Kelly joins Blank Rome from Cohen Ziffer Frenchman &amp; McKenna LLP.

Kelly focuses her practice on representing and advising corporate, institutional, and individual policyholders in high-stakes insurance recovery matters against global insurers. She has represented policyholders across a broad range of industries—including technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and entertainment—providing strategic coverage analyses and recommendations, assisting in pre-litigation claim advocacy and negotiation, and resolving disputes through litigation and arbitration.

Admitted to practice in New York and Delaware, Kelly received her J.D., summa cum laude&nbsp;and Order of the Coif, from The Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. During law school, Kelly served as a member of the Penn State Law Review and as a clinic intern with the Intellectual Property Clinic.
