Joseph P. Crane

Joe concentrates his practice on finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Joe served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sherry R. Fallon, magistrate judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. He also held legal internships at the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Internal Revenue Service, and previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome.

During law school, Joe served as a staff editor of the Temple Law Review.
