Jeffrey L. Schulman

Jeffrey Schulman represents commercial and individual policyholders in complex insurance coverage matters including insurance broker liability, construction defect, product liability, directors and officers, multimedia, asbestos, sexual abuse, and first-party claims. He also regularly handles substantial business and commercial litigation and contract disputes. Characterized as “humane and brilliant” by The Legal 500, Jeffrey’s practice includes representing individuals and companies in diverse industries such as manufacturing, retail, entertainment, hospitality, construction, and real estate, and private equity firms.

Jeffrey has tried numerous jury and bench cases to verdict and has successfully argued in state and federal appellate courts. He also routinely resolves commercial disputes by way of mediation and arbitration for individual and corporate clients.

Jeffrey is ranked in Chambers USA and recognized by The Legal 500. He was named a Northeast Trailblazer by The American Lawyer as an attorney that “moved the needle in the legal industry.” He was also named a Litigation Trailblazer by The National Law Journal, which spotlights professionals who are agents of change in their respective practice areas. Outside the Firm

Jeffrey is an Eagle Scout and recipient of the Honor Medal, which is presented to Boy Scouts who “demonstrate unusual heroism and extraordinary skill or resourcefulness in saving or attempting to save a life with risk to self.”
