David's practice focuses on strategic and financial-sponsor M&A and investment transactions across many industries, including professional service firms and asset managers. David regularly represents issues and investors in venture capital financings. He also has significant experience with LLCs and advises clients on the negotiation of operating agreements and the admission and departures of business partners and their investors. Additionally, he acts as an "outside general counsel" to clients as the primary point of contact for legal needs, including the preparation and negotiation of an array of commercial contracts.
