Biography
Cory R. Bernard assists clients with the operation and branding of hotel and restaurant assets, as well as the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of hotels and other real property.
Cory also has experience working on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including representing developers, institutional investors, REITs, renewable energy companies, and healthcare providers in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, leasing, and operation of energy projects, multifamily residential complexes, office buildings, student housing, senior housing, and industrial facilities.
During law school, Cory served as managing editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and was a Sustainability Law Student Research Fellow.
Outside the Firm
Cory enjoys playing drums, hiking, biking, and exploring the ever-changing food scene in Los Angeles.
