Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Edwin P. Glaser has joined the firm’s South Florida office as a patent agent in the Intellectual Property & Technology group. His arrival follows the recent addition of leading Intellectual Property & Technology partners Mark D. Passler and Ryan L. Harding, who joined the South Florida office in January. Edwin joins Blank Rome from Avek IP.
Edwin advises clients on United States patent prosecution with a focus on medical device, aerospace, and automation-related technologies. He prepares and prosecutes patent applications, drafts Office Action responses, conducts patentability and prior-art searches, and manages complex, multi-client dockets. He works closely with inventors, engineers, and in-house legal teams to translate sophisticated technical concepts into clear, strategic patent filings.
Admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”), Edwin received his B.S. from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He has previously held engineering and technical roles across the engineering, construction, and energy sectors.
