Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that James Sanderson has joined the firm’s nationally-recognized Corporate, M&A, and Securities practice group as an associate in the New York office.
James concentrates his practice on corporate transactions, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. His practice includes advising clients across multiple industries and supporting complex financial and business initiatives. James joins Blank Rome from Duane Morris LLP.
Admitted to practice in New York, James received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and his B.A. from Amherst College. During law school, James served as an editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and received the Seymour and Hannah Rosen Endowed Scholarship.
