One pivotal moment that changed the trajectory of your career:
As a first-year associate, I was staffed on an IPO. Before that moment, capital markets and securities law were not on my radar. I hadn't studied them in law school. But from the first working group call, I was captivated. The complexity, the pace, the way so many moving pieces had to come together.
