ACI’s inaugural Advanced Forum on Global Export Controls is an advanced-level course covering the latest developments across the United States and foreign regulatory and enforcement landscapes. Senior decision-makers from government, industry, and outside counsel will examine the most advanced International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) compliance concepts, advanced-level hypotheses around managing evolving China and Russia trade controls, global export control reform developments, the nuances of multijurisdictional export control compliance, cross-industry advanced compliance perspectives, and mitigating reputational risk amid anticipated increased enforcement.

Anthony’s session, “The Present and Future of U.S. Export Control Enforcement,” taking place on Wednesday, February 28, from 11:00 to 11:45 a.m., will feature a discussion with Dan Clutch, Deputy Director, Office of Export Enforcement, Bureau of Industry and Security, at the U.S. Department of Commerce, providing updates on export enforcement and the Department of Justice and the Department of Commerce’s Disruptive Technology Strike Force.
