The Seminar will present an update on significant state tax issues for the Southwest/West States: Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Craig and Mitchell will join the “Discussion of State Tax Cases, Issues &amp; Policy Matters to Watch” panel and Eugene and Nicole will discuss “Alternative Apportionment: Issues and Considerations.”
