The Seminar will present an update on significant state tax issues for the Southwest/West States: Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Mitchell, Eugene, and Josh will join Marilyn Wethekam (Of Counsel, COST) for “Discussion of State Tax Cases, Issues &amp; Policy Matters to Watch,” taking place from 10:55 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Stephanie will join Mitchell and Eugene at 2:15 p.m. for the hour-long “Business Purpose and Economic Substance: What You Need to Know” session.
