Blank Rome LLP is pleased to share that Government Contracts partner Robyn N. Burrows has been recognized in The 2025 National Law Journal Awards, which spotlight the most outstanding legal work in Washington, D.C.
Robyn is recognized in the “Washington D.C. Rising Stars” category, honoring the region’s most promising lawyers under the age of 40. Robyn is one of only three government contracts attorneys listed in this category. She becomes the firm’s fifth honoree to be named a National Law Journal D.C. Rising Star.
At Blank Rome, Robyn represents clients in a broad range of government contracts matters. She has extensive experience preparing and negotiating complex claims, litigating disputes before boards of contract appeals, and assisting clients in navigating False Claims Act investigations and litigation. Robyn also represents clients in high-value bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. She has a particular focus on emerging supply chain issues, and frequently counsels clients on Section 889 compliance. Additionally, Robyn handles matters unique to Department of Energy Management and Operating (M&O) contractors, including whistleblower complaints, civil investigative demands, subcontractor disputes, cost allowability issues, and other unique requirements applicable to M&O contractors.
Award recipients will be honored at a dinner on November 5, 2025, in Washington, D.C.
