Cody’s session, “Rebutting the Presumption of a Violation,” will take place on Wednesday, June 14, from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m., and he will be joined on the panel by moderator Kristi Dosh, founder of Business of College Sports, and Mit Winter, attorney at Kennyhertz Perry.

A legal panel discussing best practices for university administrators in rebutting the new enforcement presumption whereby a name, image, likeness (“NIL”)&nbsp;violation is presumed to have occurred “if circumstantial information suggests that one or more parties engaged in impermissible conduct.”

The National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics’ (“NACDA”) premier event, the Annual Convention is the largest gathering of collegiate administrators in the country. More than 6,500 attendees for NACDA and its 16 Affiliate Associations alongside sponsors and exhibitors.
