Pro Bono Partnership is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that provides free business and transactional legal help to other nonprofits serving underrepresented people or enhancing the quality of life throughout neighborhoods in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York.

The Partnership mobilizes hundreds of attorneys from major corporations and top law firms to donate their time and expertise on behalf of our nonprofit clients, leading to empowered nonprofits and stronger communities.

Real estate needs for both owners and tenants, particularly in the areas of leasing, zoning, taxation, and financing, have changed dramatically for many nonprofits in the tristate area as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and other factors. This webinar will explore the post-pandemic real estate world and how it impacts nonprofits that lease or own real estate.

The session will cover considerations for nonprofit tenants when seeking new space or planning to stay where they are and considerations for nonprofit owners of real estate who may have determined that they no longer need all the space that they have.
