Blank Rome State + Local Tax partners Nicole L. Johnson and Craig B. Fields and associate Melanie L. Lee will serve as speakers at the Tax Executives Institute (“TEI”) Orange County Chapter’s Orange County SALT Day, being held Thursday, June 4, 2026, in Orange County, California.
Nicoles and Craig will team up for two sessions, “Litigation Updates: State of the States” and “Alternative Apportionment: Curing the Disease of Distortion.” Craig and Melanie will present “All in the Family: Foreign Source Income, Combined Reporting, and Intercompany Addbacks” and Nicole will join Melanie for “The 31st State: Updates on California Taxes.”
