Tampa/West Palm Beach partner Michelle Gervais is founder and co-chair of the firm’s sports law group, overseeing a national multidisciplinary practice that encompasses a suite of services. Known as The Fixer, she has achieved multiple successes in representing high-net-worth athletes in contract negotiations, child-custody litigation, and endorsement arbitrations, among other matters. Under her tenure, the group has grown dramatically, representing big-name athletes and institutions in sports. As one example of community work, Gervais serves on the family advisory council of Tampa General Hospital.
