Kevin Costner's estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, may face an uphill battle in their divorce following the&nbsp;Oscar winner's&nbsp;courtroom victory Wednesday.&nbsp;

"A private settlement is always better, especially when so much of their split is already in the news,"&nbsp;Jacobi-Parisi told Fox News Digital.&nbsp;
