Michael Denci is a partner in Blank Rome LLP’s real estate practice, specializing in commercial real estate finance. Denci represents insurance companies, investment banks, and conduit lenders in the negotiation and origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans across multiple asset classes, including healthcare real estate, hotels, and multifamily properties. Denci has command of diverse lending platforms, including Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities ("CMBS") and Fannie Mae executions, and frequently advises on complex capital stack issues and loan modifications. Recognized consistently as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, Denci has played a critical role in guiding institutional clients through market disruptions and rising interest rates.
