Jason S. Kim is a partner at Blank Rome LLP. He represents domestic and foreign companies, financial institutions, funds, and high-net-worth individuals in corporate and real estate transactions, with a focus on cross-border deals. Kim frequently advises on private equity transactions and major investments. Notable deals include raising over $150 million for a green energy company, a $200-million private bond placement for a Korean airline, and a $130-million acquisition of a U.S. gaming company. Recent transactions include a $120-million capital raise for First Element Fuel, a $49-million Hyatt Place acquisition, and the sale of Intimo Industry to Westbridge Capital. Kim has taught at USC Gould School of Law.

Ana Tagvoryan, co-chair of Blank Rome’s privacy class action defense group, has over 18 years of experience defending high-stakes consumer class actions involving privacy, data handling, advertising, and e-commerce. Known for early, strategic case resolutions, she has secured key victories, including class certification denials in Soto v. Keiser University and Colin v. Alpargatas USA, and a complete dismissal in Licea v. The Finish Line Inc. Tagvoryan is a frequent speaker on privacy and class action law and advocates for women in the legal profession. She serves on the board of the Atlantic Legal Foundation and is active in her local community.
