ABOUT THE SESSION
Blank Rome partner Charles S. Marion will serve as a speaker at the American Bar Association’s (“ABA”) 46th Annual Forum on Franchising: Franchising is Bigger in Texas, being held November 1 through 4, 2023, in Dallas, Texas.
The Forum includes a broad range of programming including three intensive programs, 24 workshops, and the Forum’s signature plenary session, “Annual Developments,” which will be presented by Chuck and co-presenter Annie Caiola (Caiola & Rose, LLC) on Thursday, November 2, from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m.
Chuck and Annie will present a thoughtful, comprehensive, and interesting review of the year’s key judicial and legislative developments affecting franchising and distribution.
