“Representations and Warranties” is Part 1 of the Contracts Masterclass Workshop Mini-Series. The Series will drill into select issues in drafting business agreements. It is intended to primarily benefit the in-house attorneys not only in expanding their knowledge base but in how to better communicate with their management and board counterparts. The Series will consist of a lecture on a chosen topic at a session followed by a workshop on the same topic illustrating real-world scenarios at the next session.

The “Representations and Warranties” workshop session will take place on Wednesday, August 14.
